This year's Phoenix Rally has been cancelled, according to the letter I received from CoC Simon Tebbutt this morning.

This is due to a number of circumstances all coming together at the wrong time, which when taken together, will not allow me to run the standard of event that both you and I expect of the Phoenix.

He writes. Simon does announce 1999's dates: Poxihen 8/9 April and Phoenix 25/26 September.

As far as I know the Bristowe is still on.
